A completely level surface is required before foundation work can begin, to achieve this, your site may need to be excavated. If the site you are building on is steep, then retaining walls will need to be built. We can look after all of this for you.
Our team work with traditional concrete slab foundations, rib-raft pod or polystyrene foundations, and lateral systems. Once we have finished, your site will be left clean and tidy, ready for your building team to start their construction.
